The BEST Chicken Marinade, Ever!


Makes enough for 10-15 thighs

Ingredients 2 Heaped Tbsp Greek Yoghurt

2 Tbsp White Wine

1 Tbsp White Vinegar

Juice Of 1 Lemon, Or Remove The Rind/Pith And You Can Blend The Flesh If Using A Blender.

1/3 Cup Fresh Parsley

1 Tbsp Fresh Oregano Or 2 Tsp Of Dried

1 Tbsp Fresh Dill

1 Large Clove Of Garlic

1 Level Tbsp Salt

Back Pepper

2 Tbsp Of Extra Virgin Olive Oil



Methods For extra flavour and little kick you can add a squeeze of sriracha hot sauce.

Add all the ingredients into a blender and pour over your chicken thighs.


Let them marinade for a minimum of 30 minutes, but the longer the better.


A few hours is enough, although you can leave it overnight if needed.


The vinegar, lemon and yoghurt will begin cooking the chicken, and help it tenderize, if you use chicken breast don't leave the marinade on for more than an hour or so.
