Ingredients 450g salmon, I removed the skin because I was cutting it into small pieces. If I left the fillets whole I probably would've left the skin and cooked it crispy. Marinade 1/4 Clove Garlic - Crushed 1 Spring Onion - Sliced 1 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger - Grated 1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds Little handful of Coriander - Finely Sliced 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce 2 Teaspoons Sriracha Hot Sauce S & P Oil Lime
Method Cut your salmon into thick slices (or cubes, whatever you like) put them in a bowl with all the ingredients for the marinade and leave them for as little or long as you want.
Add a little oil in a hot pan, add the fish and marinade.
The cooking time will depend on the size of your fish pieces. I waited till the first side browned, which was about 1 minute then quickly turned the pieces over and cooked them for another few seconds.
Add a squeeze of lime juice and serve on steamed rice.
