Ingredients
Potatoes
Olive Oil
Salt
White or Wine Vinegar
Rosemary - Optional
Garlic clove with skin
Method
Preheat your air fryer or oven to 210°c.
Peel (optional) and thickly slice your potatoes, about 1cm.
If you're using the air fryer like I did add them to a bowl (for the oven they can go straight in the tray), drizzle them with some olive oil, a bit of salt, the garlic clove and the rosemary.
Mix them around and then put them into the air fryer/oven.
For the oven you can speed up the cooking time by covering the tray with foil, for half the time, you can also raise the temperature if you prefer too.
Mine cooked perfectly in 20 minutes, at this point I tipped the potatoes out of the cooking basket and into the bowl of my air fryer. I poured over a generous amount of vinegar on the potatoes and mixed them around.
They will absorb the vinegar pretty quickly, have a taste and if you prefer more of a bite add a little more, I then cook mine for another few minutes to crisp them up again. The vinegar flavour will go a little when you cook them the second time, so make sure you check them at the end if you're happy with the taste or if they need more vinegar or salt.
