Ingredients
4 Fillets Of Fish (Appx 800g - I Used Snapper) 1 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs 1/2 Cup Plain Flour 2 Eggs Salt Olive Oil
Method
Preheat your oven to 250c or your air fryer to the highest setting mine only goes to 210c.
To save washing up I place some baking paper on the bench and add the flour and the breadcrumbs in two separate little piles. As well a pinch of salt in each.
Beat the eggs and another pinch of salt in a shallow bowl. Slice your fish fillets long ways and begin to coat them in the flour, the egg and lastly the breadcrumbs.
Place them onto some baking paper with a spray of olive oil and into the oven/air fryer for about 6-8 minutes, turning them halfway.
They should be crispy golden brown on the outside and flaky on the inside. Serve with tartare sauce and a big squeeze of lemon.
Enjoy x My Tip: Pimp your crumbs up by adding some lemon zest, garlic and Parmesan.
If you prefer you can shallow fry the fish.
Search for my Minute Mayo recipe or tartare.
