Enough for 1kg of chicken ribs - you can swap for wings too.
Ingredients
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp Shaoxing Chinese Cooking Wine
2 Spring Onions - Finely Chopped
1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
1 Heaped Tsp Freshly Grated Ginger
1 Level Tsp Curry Powder
1 Level Tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce
1/2 Tsp of Honey
Sprinkle of Salt
Method Mix all the marinade ingredients together and combine with the chicken.
Marinade for as little or as long as you like.
Bbq is best but you can also cook them on a griddle pan, bake them in the oven or fry them with a tiny bit of oil in a wok. Either way, make sure you finish with a fresh squeeze of lime.
