Super Easy Potato Wedges


Ingredients

Low Carb (Spud-Lite) Potatoes

Sweet Potatoes

EVOO

Paprika

Salt


Method

I used a mixture of Spud Lite + Sweet Potato. A Lower Carb option without sacrificing the much loved Potato. I peel (optional) and cut my potatoes into wedges. In a bowl I drizzle them with a little EVOO, a sprinkle of salt and paprika. Mix them till coated. Preheat your Air fryer to 210°c for 5 mins. Add the wedges to the basket and cook them for about 15 mins, turning them once or when needed. They should be golden brown and crunchy on the outside with a soft fluffy inside. Best served with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce, because is there really any better combo, seriously!? 😏😍

My Tip: They can also be made in the oven but i'd say they'd need at least 30 minutes, i'd put them on baking paper and cover them with foil for at least the first 20 minutes.
