Ingredients
4 Apples Sprinkle of Raw Sugar 1 Tsp of cinnamon 2 Tbsp water
Method Peel and cut the apples.
Add them to a saucepan with the cinnamon, water and sugar.
Cover with a lid and let them cook on low for about 10-15 mins. If your water has all gone before the apples are cooked add a little more, you don’t want them to burn! The apples should be translucent when cooked.
Serve as they are, with vanilla ice cream or add it to your morning porridge.
