Method
Preheat your Air Fryer/Oven to its highest temperature while you prepare the pita. 210°c is the highest my AF goes to.
I rub some EVOO over the bread and sprinkle it with some salt + sumac. You can add what ever flavours you like, sesame seeds, oregano, garlic, paprika etc.
I stack the breads and cut them with either scissors or a pizza cutter, then into the air fryer basket.
I do about 2-3 full pita breads at once.
Even though the basket's quite full I just move them around more often to make sure they get crispy on all sides.
They shouldn't need longer than 3-4 minutes in total.
Make sure you keep an eye on them and pull them out when they're golden and crispy.
