Kale Chips - Don't dis 'em till you try 'em!



Ingredients

1 Bunch of Curly Kale

EV Oil

Salt



Method

Preheat your air fryer (190°c)

Strip the kale leaves from the stalks, put them in a plastic bag with a drizzle of EVOO. Squish the bag around so all the leaves are oiled. Put them in your air fryer basket and set the timer for 6 minutes. Don't worry if the basket's overcrowded, they wont stick. They should be super light and crispy when they're ready. Sprinkle them with some good salt.

My Tip: You can make them in the oven too, it'll just take a little longer.
