Healthy PB + J Thickshake

Makes 1


Ingredients

1 Frozen Banana

1 Cup of Milk (Any Milk or water)

2 Strawberries

1 heaped Tbsp Peanut Butter

Salt



Method

Blend/Mash the strawberries (or a few raspberries) and add them to the base of your glass.


Next blend your banana, milk, peanut butter and pinch of salt till smooth.


Pour into your glass and ENJOY! x



My Tip: You can add a bit of honey if you want it sweeter, but if your bananas are ripe it'll be sweet enough. Want to spike it? add a shot of rum to the strawberries..YOLO!
