Ingredients
1 pack Firm Tofu
Few sprigs Coriander
1 tbsp Tamari (or Soy)
1 tsp (save a sprinkle fresh for the end)Sesame seeds
2cm piece of Fresh Ginger
2 Spring onions
1/4 clove Garlic
2 tsp Sesame oil
Sprinkle of salt
Method Preheat your air fryer (or oven) to 210°c (you can even make this in a pan).
Cut your tofu into cubes.
Roughly chop your coriander and spring onions.
Grate the ginger and garlic.
In a heatproof bowl add in all your ingredients and mix to coat the tofu.
Put the dish into the air fryer and cook for about 15 mins.
The tofu should be crispy and brown.
Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, coriander and spring onion.

My Tip: You can marinate the tofu ahead of time, this way the sponge that tofu is will take in more of the flavour.
