Makes 2 small pizzas
Ingredients
1.5 cups SR Flour (or 1.5 Plain Flour + 3 tsp Baking Powder)
1 cup Natural Yoghurt
1 tbsp EVOO
Sprinkle of salt
Method
Preheat your oven to 230°c.
To make the dough, I use a spoon to combine all the ingredients in a bowl till it all comes together. I then use my hand to knead it for a minute till it becomes smooth, this almost allows me to see how sticky it is and if needs a little more flour.
Feel free to use a stand mixer, but it's honestly so easy!
Divide the dough and place it on a sheet of baking paper with a bit of flour, roll it out till its about 5mm thick. If you find the top is sticking to your rolling pin, sprinkle over a little bit of flour or place another sheet of baking paper on top.
Place the flattened dough on a tray and top it with your favourite toppings.
Into the oven it goes for roughly 12-15 minutes, it should have a puffy crust and golden base.
