Ingredients 150g Beef Mince (You can use Lamb Or Chicken too) 50g Halloumi Grated Small Handful Of Parsley - Chopped 1/4 Garlic Clove Crushed 1/2 Red Onion 2 Tbsp Dried Cous Cous 1 Zucchini Salt & Pepper
Method Grate your zucchini and onion and sprinkle a little salt, this will draw out the water in them. Leave them for a minute then squeeze them between your hands a few times to remove the water. Add the rest of your ingredients and combine, then roll them into your desired shape. Because were not adding egg, the smaller they are the less chance they'll have breaking when we fry them.
In a pan add a little oil and fry them till each side is brown, about 4-5 minutes in total.
Serve with tzatziki & pita

My Tip: Because there's no egg they are quite soft so perfect for little ones,if you want them a little firmer you could add an egg or more cous cous.
I found them to be tasty enough like this, but I would also add a little paprika and ground coriander.
