Method
The next time you have a heap of bananas going brown, peel, bag + freeze them.
When you're ready to make your ice cream, get them out of the freezer and let them sit for a few minutes till they soften a little.
Add the pieces into your blender and blend till smooth. You can choose to refreeze or eat immediately

My Tip: The riper the banana, the sweeter and stronger it will taste. Play around with flavours by using the banana as your base and adding different ingredients to it. I'm feeling banana, crunchy peanut butter + cocoa
